a PREPAID Cellular Provider. All sales of Page Plus Plans, PINS &
Cards are 100% non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Prepaid
Minutes & Plans cannot be moved between phone numbers, and prorated credits
& refunds are not given if you should ever decide to discontinue your
service. Once you have paid for your time, or minutes,
and that purchase has been processed and loaded onto your phone, it is 100%
non-refundable, and non-transferable, under any circumstances.

average processing time for an order in our system is 3-5 hours. It
may take up to 8 hours on a very busy day.

One Time PIN: A One-Time PIN Purchase. We can either deliver the PIN to you for you to add to your account, or we can add it to your cellular account for you, automatically.
Monthly AutoPay PINs: We charge your card once per month, we load the PIN for you to your Page Plus Cellular Account, and you do not have to worry about it, EVER!
Please be sure to order
one AutoPay at a time.
If you need to order multiple AutoPay orders,
you must order one AutoPay Order at a time, per line. Meaning, add one
AutoPay to your cart, checkout, complete the form, and then come back and do
the same for your other AutoPays.
This will help you, and us, in the
long run, by keeping each AutoPay Separate, and it is absolutely required by
our system.

120 Day AutoPay PIN: We charge your card once every 120 Days, we load the PIN for you to your Page Plus Cellular Account. You do not have to worry about it, EVER! (Actual charge time: 115 days, Actual load time: 118 days. We never wait until the full duration to avoid any remote chance of losing your funds or number.)
1 Year AutoPay PIN: We charge your card once a year, and we load the PIN for you onto your Page Plus Cellular account! You do not have to worry about it, EVER! (Actual charge time: 360 days, Actual load time: 363 days. We never wait until the full duration to avoid any remote chance of losing your funds or number.)
KittyWireless.com has several anti-fraud safeguards in place, and we will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. We report all internet fraud to the Internet Crime Center, and to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, immediately. We cooperate fully, and assist with providing information, in the pursuit & prosecution of any fraudulent orders or charges. We take fraud VERY seriously.

If you have a Power Texting plan loaded onto your line right now, you are grandfathered in and can keep it on there so long as you keep enough cash in your account for it to renew each month. If you are on Power Texting 2000 be sure to always keep more than $10.95 in your account, and if you are on the Power Text 10,000 (formerly Unlimited), just keep $15.00 or more in your cash account at all times. Any dealer that has Power Texting PINS in stock as of right now can still sell those PINS, and those PINS can still be used to load a new Power Texting plan onto a line. Once those PINS that are in the distrubtion channel are gone, they are gone forever, and no new power texting plans will be sold, started or loaded.
