Things You Need to Know About Buying
 An ALLOWED But UNSUPPORTED Device

 Please read this page before purchasing.
We tell you some very important things that you need to know.
Each device on this page is clearly labeled with the condition, the warranty it carries, and what functionality you can expect from the device.  Please read the description of each device carefully.

 Please note that we are only allowed to ship to the actual billing address on the credit card.  We cannot ship to any other address than the address that matches the credit card.

 I'm going to keep this very simple, please read these items:

 ITEM #1:  All devices we sell are non-refundable, and ship within 2-4 business days.
As long as your device is in stock, it will ship the next business day. Sometimes we are out of stock on something, and in that case, it will ship within 4 business days.  We will email you to let you know the status once you place an order.

If your device is defective within 30 days, we will swap it for another of the same model for you.  "Not liking your device" is not a valid return reason, that is called "buyer's remorse" and that is not a covered return reason. 

ITEM #2:  All devices we sell come with a 2 Year Product Replacement Warranty through CPS.  This warranty is paid for by Kitty Wireless, on your behalf.  Exclusive to Kitty Wireless.

You have 30 days to exchange the item for another, in case of a defect, through us here at Kitty Wireless.  After that, you have a 2 year product replacement warranty through Consumer Priority Service that protects you against manufacturer's defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

If a manufacturer defect occurs with your device within that 2 year period, you contact Consumer Priority Service.  If there is a legitimate manufacturer's defect with your phone, and you file a claim, they will immediately issue you a check for the full invoice price that you paid for the device.  If you added on optional accidental coverage, and you have an accidental claim, they will do the same thing.  No hassle. No haggling.  No worries.  Then you can purchase another device.  You are protected, one way or another.  Simple.  Protection.  ONLY offered by Kitty Wireless.

It is very important that you understand this:  Normally, a "Product Replacement Warranty", such as those you are asked to buy elsewhere, will REPLACE your product with one of comparable quality.  If you are 18 months into your warranty, that means you COULD get a replacement that is very old.  OR they may offer you a settlement for the "currrent market value" of your device.  Which may be A LOT LOWER than what you paid for it.  OUR 2 Year Product Replacement warranty DOES NOT work like this.

OUR 2 Year Exclusive Kitty Wireless Product Replacement Warranty, that you get FREE with every device purchased through us, run by Consumer Priority Service, upon the receipt of a valid legitimate defect or accidental claim, WILL result in a full payment of your invoice price for the phone, so that you can do what you wish and buy another device.

Ask those OTHER companies if they will give you a FREE 2 Year Product Replacement Warranty, where you can get a full refund of your purchase price if there is a manufacturer's defect within 2 years?  I bet the answer will be "NO WAY!"

 ITEM #3: The Allowed But Unsupported devices that we sell are in VERY GOOD or BRAND NEW condition.
I would not sell you something that I would not sell to my own mother.  It's just that simple.  We offer a good variety of devices to choose from, encompassing the following categories:

a) A basic Flip Phone.
b) A basic Texting/Messaging Slider Phone.
c) A touch-screen only Android Device.
d) A touch-screen Android Device with Slide Out QWERTY Keyboard.

We have chosen these devices devices, based on our own expertise.  We're not going to sell you junk, if we know it is junk.  Makes sense, yes?

 ITEM #4:  Our prices for these Allowed But Unsupported Devices are higher than other retail/eCommerce places.  (Bet you won't hear other merchants say that, eh?)

Yes, we know.  Can you pay less for these phones elsewhere on the internet?  Absolutely you can.  I think, if you shop around enough, you can always find lower prices on everything online.  But, at what cost?  ONLY our phones come with a 2 Year Product Replacement Warranty, and a free port, free activation, or free ESN Change.  And a real (small) team of human beings on this end who won't make you go through corporate "baloney" to get a real response.  I can't promise you we'll always have the answer, but we'll certainly try.

 ITEM #5:  We do not have a technical support department.

What does this mean for you?  Well, if you experience a problem, please, by all means, send us an email and we'll do our best to help you.  If your device is just plain defective, we'll just swap it out for you, no problem.  But, we don't have the staff to spend hours with you trying to figure out "how to .... <fill in the blank here>"  

We will gladly try to point you in the right direction.  We will read the manual, try to find the answer for you, check it out thoroughly, but, short of inviting you over for coffee and sitting down with you in person, we cannot diagnose or troubleshoot everything via email.  You will absolutely have to read the manual, ask for help in our forums over at KittyForums.net, and use your little noggin' to figure it out :-) 

ITEM #6:  What does "Allowed But Unsupported" mean?

This is a good spot to talk about what "Allowed But Unsupported" means, as well.  Page Plus sells their own line of Kyocera devices.  Those are "Approved AND Supported".  Meaning, you can call Page Plus, about a Kyocera device that you bought, and they will be able to provide extensive technical support for that device.

All other devices, such as the ones we sell, fall into the "Allowed But Unsupported" category, meaning, while you can call Page Plus and ask for help, they will not guarantee support for your device.  It's one of the caveats of "Bringing Your Own Device" onto a Prepaid Cellular network.

 ITEM #7:  These devices may or may not include printed manuals. 

When we buy our devices, either new or refurbished, they often times do not come with printed manuals.  We have tried, without success, to PURCHASE printed manuals directly from the manufacturers.  They won't sell them to us separately.  Anytime we ask about printed manuals, they just tell us that we can look up the manuals online.

As such, these devices may or may not come with printed manuals.  You should assume they will not, for the purposes of this discussion.  However, every single manual is available right online, and we can give you a link to the PDF file manual for your phone.

 The Basic Phone Purchase & Setup Process Explained 

1.  Purchase your phone, wait for it to arrive.

2.  Once you have it, send us an email and tell us you received it.  We will give you instructions to do a New Activation, ESN Change, or Port Request, free of charge.  This is the step you need to get a number assigned to your device.

3.  Once the device has a phone number, and you have programmed it and made your first test call, then you are ready to purchase either a ONE TIME PIN or set the device up with an AUTOPAY PIN with Kitty Wireless!
